During the week they performed work, it was very rainy and the ground was extremely soft, which left a lot of tire tracks in our yard, They came back and releveled it all once the ground dried out. He raised our patio about an inch and a half, but had to stop before raising it higher, as he was concerned about the concrete cracking. I appreciated that he did not just continue the project. He did reduce the price quite significantly since he wasn't able to fully complete the job and the price was very fair."
