Price was high/premium but this was on a Sunday during a holiday weekend so I can't really complain. Great plumber is you have an emergency and care more about reliability and quality over savings."

"For the most part very well. Louis did an excellent job on our rotted window sill. We thought it'd be an easy replacement, but there was considerable rot underneath. He gave us a couple of options on how to fix it, which we appreciated. His strength is an ability to diagnose and figure out different ways to fix a problem. He also repaired a storm door that had been damaged. That wasn't as successful. It doesn't open and close as smoothly as we'd like and the holes for the dead bolt weren't done as professionally as expected. The only other negative was a bit of sloppiness with the caulking around the window. Overall, we'd hire Louis again. He's competent and skilled enough to give you multiple options on how to fix a probelm."
