He went over what was wrong, and that being over 20 years old, the AC unit was going to be more expensive to maintain and may not run for very much longer. Brian was upfront with all of the costs for a new unit, which we decided to go with, and gave a very reasonable price for the service. Brian and Angel came out and got the job done quicker than expected. They will be my go-to for heating and air from here on out. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Ezra and his team of workers came to perform the test and to see what need to be repaired or improved. The audit took close to 5 hours and then the machine that they used worked for additional 2 plus hours. After that was completed, we saw clearly that the problem was the windows and the HVAC.
