"When I received the list of plumber in the area at 4pm, I really had not made up my mind to contact them but they contacted me and offered a free consult and then told me they could have some out in an hour - that blew me away - I was expecting a day or two. He showed up within the hour and was very professional. I explained the steps I took to unclog the drain and he politely explained alternatives for the future. He tested several sites to narrow down the clog which was located very close and not to the main line which would have cost more. It took about 15 minutes, he cleaned up and put everything back in it's original location. I didn't see any water any where. They are a little pricey but very professional and provided me with future maintenance info."

"Franklin and John arrived timely. They were friendly, professional and very informative. They began working quickly and were diligent. Within two hours our drain was thoroughly cleaned and unclogged. We were shown a video of the unclogged drain. They cleaned every inch of the area and provided follow up details for future service. We would definitely use BFMD again. Their service was exceptional."

"This company went above and beyond. I noticed damage to the line and after going back and forth with the water company i found this company from Angie's List. From the beginning they were professional and honest. They were extremely patient and worked with me and the repair came at a bad time . They did not raise the price and gave me time to come up with what i needed. They were courteous and communicated through the whole process. I will definitely use them again for future work. The level of care and trust they presented I would allow them to work in my house even if I was not there. Thank You for a job well done"

"Cut two large openings. Said it must be leaking tub drain, but was not certain. Charged about 150% more ($222 more) than average mid-range plumbers in the area for the job, which took 15 minutes. Comparison via Homewyse.com, which I have found to be accurate."
