"Plumber charged a lot to hack up my house to fix a leaking pipe behind the dishwasher. He didn't hook up the dishwasher drain line correctly and it leaked. Had to fix myself. They used a scrap pipe instead of the proper $2 part. They wanted to charge me a service fee to come out and fix their problem. I would give zero stars if I could. Over $2200 for bad work. Avoid these guys!"

"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

"When black mold was discovered behind my tiles in the shower my simple refresh was tossed by the wayside. I had seen Re-Bath at the home show and like the idea of seamless walls instead of grout lines. They came out, gave an estimate and I signed up to have them do the work. It required taking down the walls to the studs, putting up the proper green board and pouring a new shower pan. The idiot builder had put tiles to regular sheetrock in the shower! Unbelievable. The tear down took a couple of hours, with the new walls going up plus pouring the new pan. The connection for the new shower hardware went up also. The next day the sheets of material went in place with silicon caulk at the seams. I didn't use the shower for a couple of weeks because the shower enclosure was being made to fit the new surround. Very happy with the new walls."

"they did a good job so it seems. it was much later that I took a shower and discovered that the hot water side didn't work because the handle only went to the neutral position instead of all the way to hot. I emailed them twice, called them twice. I just finished 2 times with their online chat and was transfered to a voice line and both times their system hung up on me. I had already gone to Home Depot and they put an order in and so far I haven't been contacted."
