"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. Thanks to Mother Plumber, I feel brilliant!"

Pure Plumbing first opened our doors in 2013 and is now a multi-state company. When we first started out, we were a small, family-owned business with employees that could be numbered with the fingers on one hand. However, our commitment to our community and doing right by our customers led us to quickly grow. Word of mouth from happy customers quickly spread our reputation, and our old-school way of doing business kept those customers coming back for all of their plumbing needs. "Francisco is an an amazing person generally. After he called me to understand what was going on with my water heater, he noticed my family and I were in danger. He immediately rushed to my home to shut off the water heater and the water. Next day he came with his team to replace the water heater. He did a great job and called me to confirm that we are still okay. I look forward to working with him again."

"They came and handled my water heater issue quickly. Thank you so much, i highly recommend their service."

"Danny was super helpful with helping my bathtub knob that blew off and started spewing water everywhere the night before. Danny called the next morning after putting in a request and had the problem resolved before noon. He was super helpful and communicative and even gave me another quote and guidance for a future repair. I don’t anticipate having more plumbing issues but if if I do I’m calling Danny. Would recommend."

"I recently had the pleasure of using Around the Clock Plumbers for the installation of my new water heater, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable."

"They quickly installed and had three thermostats installed that was included in the routine maintenance."

"The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."
