They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."

The majority could not (did not want to) perform the full scope of work or tried to sell us on other products that did not fully address our problem (old brick walls, no foundation, and a high water table). During his first visit, Steve (the owner) listened to my concerns and recommended solutions in line with what we wanted to do without the high pressure we got from other sales reps. His team was HARD WORKING and courteous and, with the exception of an occasional snowstorm, finished everything in a timely manner. The total cost was competitive with other quotes that didn't fully meet our needs. We will likely need some minor work in another part of the basement as we remodel the floor above and his will be the only company we call."

"First came out to give an estimate, and inspected both chimneys inside and out.  Quoted me a very reasonable price, offering to do both chimneys for $600, as opposed to $600 apiece which had been quoted to me by another contractor.  Had to call back once or twice to actually schedule the work, but once that was done they showed up as scheduled and worked quickly.  They did a number of extra little things for which they did not charge extra (like pulling out some weeds growing in cracks in the mortar, and filling some perforated bricks with mortar so no more weeds would grow), which was greatly appreciated."
