The tile work is top notch. I then hired Gryffin to also do the first floor bathroom floor. The tile work is outstanding their as well. Any issues encountered, i.e. leaking old 20+ year old valves were added to the work list smoothly with minimal added cost. I wish I had known of them sooner, so I could have enjoyed the two remodeled bathrooms longer before turning it back into a rental property! Losha and Quincy are true professionals, respectful and cognizant of CoVid protocols. I felt that communications were also better than any I'd experienced with other contractors I've encountered. "Not overly impressed so far. The sales guy at the home show was good. Typical home show presentation. Angela was good. Measured the bathroom and drew everything up. First install was set up for a date I told them we would be gone. They moved it ahead a week. Nobody showed up. I called Justin and he didn't even know they were supposed to start that day. The crew that was scheduled was detained on another job. Nobody bothered to call and tell us. Materials took twice as long to arrive as they said. Now we are waiting another four days with a bathroom that is half torn apart. Waiting to see what is next!!"

"This is a frustrated review. Dreamstyle did an amazing job on my kitchen (spring - fall 2023) after a leaking dishwasher made remodeling a necessary purchase. When it was all done, we found that we could use an additional shelf in one of our cabinets. We did not know prior to signing off on paperwork because we had not put everything back in the kitchen. After looking around for a quick fix we reached out a month after the project was complete to see if we could purchase one. We were told yes, we could order an additional shelf, and it would cost $100. We agreed because we were having a hard time finding a workable solution. The request was made in January 2024, after checking in almost monthly with assurances from Kobe that he was working on it, we finally were told in June that the shelves (we ordered 3 in total) would be available for install in July. In July, the contractor came, and realized that the wrong shelf had been ordered, even though we had included the correct measurements in a text message to Kobe. Kobe assumed what cabinet we were requesting the additional shelves for. The contractor called Kobe, and Kobe said we never gave him the measurements, to which we showed the contractor the text message thread. The contractor said that he would be back before the end of the week with a workable solution. In August 2024, we reached out to Kobe and have not received a response of any kind. In September 2024, I began reaching out to Dreamstyle direct and have been assured I would receive both an email and a phone call, I have received neither. I just want a shelf, I hate that I have a beautiful kitchen and such a sour taste in my mouth from the experience because I have been ghosted."

I need to point out all of the problems are within the warranty period. I have sent emails with pictures of the problems and have texted people, and they have said they will schedule repair, but nothing happens. On the most recent problem I have sent pictures and have received texts back saying, "yes, it's a problem" but can't get anyone to fix it. My opinion is they have no clear chain of command to take care of issues after the install. They advertise we are a small company and can sell for less. The reality is, yes then can sell for less but service after the fact is terrible. The pictures below are poor or failed caulking in less than a year. The other problem I had was the shower bar was installed upside down. That has been repaired but again it took months to get anyone's attention."
