"The end result was not a Retaining Wall, as this implies. I hired KCS to install 4 Wing Walls with Headwalls. They did a great job, as the pictures will reflect. If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

"It was not a foundation issue. Chris came and walked through all the locations which would’ve caused the dampness as a part of the free estimation and help me find the issue."

"Jordan and DK were professional and courteous. Excellent work done by them on my garage."

"Erie homes very professional from first encounter to finished project. I now have peace of mind knowing my basement is waterproof. Great job!!"

"I felt like Bluegrass was the most honest in regards to the actual work that needed to be completed. I was quickly able to get on the calendar for the foundation repairs that were needed on my home. I was very impressed with the team and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them!"

"Extremely timely and very professional. Walked me through every step and kept me updated every step of the way. The crew that did the work for me were simply outstanding and I would recommend this company and their team for any foundation or craw space repair!"

"The job was not as neat as others I have seen. The wall panels were cut uneven and I had to scrap and wipe dried concrete off them. A drain they put in the floor to reroute the furnace humidifier drainage tube did not drain and water kept backing up on the floor. They did not put the panels in an area in the back corner and it leaked there. The owner in the office was very difficult to deal with when I called about the problem. She tried to say it was my fault because I didn't specify I wanted that area done. I asked to have the basement waterproofed and thought that would include everything that needed to be done. One good thing is they gave me a break on the price for the additional work."

"On time, professional and cordial. Rate the value for the money as average. Crew were good to deal with and did a nice job. Took time to work around my landscape with out damaging my plants. Could have done a little bit more with their clean up around the new drains they installed . overall a good job and I was satisfied"

"They did a good job! They were prompt and punctual. Their solution worked and it kept water out of the basement."

"My experience with Advanced Restoration and Wateroroofing was very positive. The initial consulation with Marty was straight-forward and with no pressure. He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Outside, Mike Jr..recommended other projects in the backyard that I could do myself to futher divert water from the foundation. It was a very positive experience and I recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing or foundation work done"
