"wonderful! salesperson worked to customize our order and upgrade the glass on the rear of the house where we get afternoon sun. Others can in and didn't give a detailed quote of work to be done, only a price. Where as with Weber Windows we were given a complete quote of materials and work to be completed. Also, their order time was 4 weeks vs others quoting 6-8 weeks. Windows were in on time, and installers are employees, not sub contractors that aren't reliable. The installers were punctual, and respectful or our home."

There is a huge difference in the quality of the installation. First, the installation team are Windows Plus employees not contractors. They are very skilled professionals that arrived on time. The removal of the existing windows was much better. They started from the outside instead of the inside, which in my previous experience caused damage to the interior drywall that had to be repaired. They have a very well defined process that they execute perfectly. They left the house very clean. "<p>We placed the order in June and the windows were installed in August. It takes a while for the windows to come in. It went alright. We had some issues with the windows being delayed. The salesman told me one thing and they told me the disclaimer on their contract says it could take this long, so it was kind of like a he said, she said type of ordeal. I would use them again, it was just the inconsistency in information that I got. It actually delayed my project a couple of weeks because I did not get the windows when they were expected. The pricing was good. The installers were professional and so was the salesman. It was the handling of the timing. My advice to others is when they order windows make sure you have enough time for them to be delivered.    </p>"
