"A&N was the company that came out to repair one window. Mr. Castells was punctual. He told me what the problem was. When he told me the cost of the repair, I was floored. It was significantly less than an estimate I received from another company a year ago. I ended up asking to fix all 3 window since they all needed repair and to also fix one of the windows that did not open because it was stuck. That was because when they painted before, the paint was embedded into the window. I then immediately referred my Brother and have been referring others to him. "Jude called me and was understood my problem and was willing to give a free estimate. Once he got to the home, he explained that the problem was different then we were told. He quoted a price and was able to fix the tracks on my impact glass sliding door right away. we are very happy with the work and the door glides great and without any noise. Since I was not at the property, Jude send me pictures of what needed to be done and once work was finished. He also sent a video. After deciding to use this company, went through contracting the job, which was done at my house and was painless. When the time came to start the job, Ken and Phil were on time. However due to a mix up with scheduling the inspector, they could only do the inside door to the garage, which came out great. Very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of both Ken and Phil. Front door was rescheduled for January and installation went off without any inspection or other delays. In terms of customer service, I have to say that the company and Ken definitely excel at it. After completing my job he had to travel over an hour to his next job. I called him to let him know that I was having some trouble with my dead bolt, and he said he would be back that evening to take look and fix it. He showed up, just like he said, made some adjustments and even brought finishing plugs for the sidelight, that had been forgotten when the installation was completed. "I had requested quotes from 5 different vendors. I had prices ranging from 1800-5000. Alan and Paul from South Florida Screen where the only ones that had great communication and did a thorough job in estimating my project. From each of the vendors I asked each to give me an estimate of everything they thought could be fixed with my enclosure. South Florida Screen was the only one that truly delineated every detail and found issues that others did not like one of the tie down cables. Their price was the most competitive. They also returned all my phone calls quickly. The day of the work, all went according to plan and my pool patio was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended. Great team."
