"I've have used several pool service providers in the past three years who have not only disappointed me but made having a pool a nightmare. Thankfully I have finally found a company that communicates with me and I can trust. I have been looking for a company small enough to actually care and large enough to provide the various types of services needed to maintain my pool. The Owners of Sweetwater and their staff have gone out of their way to treat me like a special customer. They have been very fast to respond to issues and the charges I feel have been very fair. I hired them about 6 months ago and they have been great and are not trying to fix things that are not broken as others have done. I have never received near the level of personal attention with other companies regardless of their size. I depend on my pool for therapy and they have been willing to make that a priority in servicing me. Other companies have left me hanging without use of my pool for many days but Sweetwater has bent over backwards to see this does not happen. I have had pools for probably 20 years and have never been as happy with the pool and the service provider as I am now. Give them a try you will not be dissapointed."

"Freddie Wilson re-plumbed our pool equipment out in Valencia Lakes. He was honest, reliable, reasonably priced and did a bang-up job. No more leaks or air bubbles in the pool and he took the time to label everything and show us how to operate the equipment. He actually needed to replace a part we didn't now was bad and he didn't charge us even though it cost him at least an hour of his time to drive into town and source the part. I cannot recommend this man enough. Do yourself a favor and call him for any of your pool related needs, he's awesome!"

"They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. I would recommend Ecowater Systems to everyone. They are quick and reliable and fair.

"To me this truly was an emergency Pool issue as I was losing water out of my pool and lost about 2 inches total in a short time and could not get the leak to stop. This young man Ryan was awesome and he came right away like a Pool paramedic. ! Ha! And his price was very reasonable and I so appreciate having a good honest young man like this! He’s very intelligent and he knows what he’s doing. While he was here, my neighbour also hired him to Repair a problem with their pool solar system, that would not shut off. I highly recommend Ryan! "This is a footnote to my previous review, which I've been meaning to write and am finally getting around to... Unfortunately, after the job was finished and I posted my review, my pool technician noticed metal staining in the pool, due to screws and metal fly away that had fallen in during the re-screening job. This was because many of the old screws had to be sawed off. In hindsight, if they had covered the pool before working on the screening, this could've been prevented. I have to have my pool acid washed to get rid of these stains which will entail draining the pool. I hope that they will consider taking this precaution in the future. Otherwise, as I said in my last review, they were very good."

Jimmy and his great staff came in and immediately attacked the algae problem in our pool.  He replaced the filter that the previous company should have replaced long ago and started treating the problem.  He called or sent someone to treat the pool every day, because he knew that we were eager to get the problem cleared up.  And clear it up they did -- the pool looks great. 

Jimmy and his staff have a thorough understanding of the chemistry of treating pool water and that is difficult for some companies who cannot treat a saline (slat water) pool.  You will be in great hands with this company.  It would be impossible for anyone to provide better service.
