"The actual floor and materials are a 5 star BUT had some issues with the installation. We had to call back out to fix a spot on the steps where the installer said it was normal but after talking to REFLOOR he corrected it. The other issues were resolved by the installer except for 3 items. The installer was asked to fix the toilet as it rocks and needed tightened and sealed. Then there was a question on the trim on the sliding door and the installer basically said no on removing the trim and placing the metal piece on. After the installer left the point of contact called my wife about the issues being fixed and my wife said to call me about it. I never received the call. The clean up was very poor. There is hardened floor flattener material on the driveway and front porch. I guess must have the responsibility to clean it up. Throughout the whole thing and probably with any floor company, but for the price I paid I was hoping to have a perfect installation."

Installation was done by John and Uriah. We were "extremely" pleased with all aspects of this job and will definitely contact Carpets Direct for our next flooring project."

He was able to access the foundation after removing the old steps and he discovered that the concrete beneath them was not level. He quoted a very reasonable price to fix it and he was able to complete the job and install the steps in a very timely manner. His work was excellent!
