Get matched with top carport (metal) builders in Fort Walton Beach, FL

"The contractors were great except for the concrete guys that left 2 piles of cement in the yard, left the skirting on the trailer bent in and concrete splashed up on the skirting poles. CAS promised to return the next day to fix the list of items that needed to be corrected. Six weeks, 3 phone calls and 4 E-mails later, no one has shown up. The voice message box is full, E-mails go unanswered, and no one has called. They also owe me $200.00 that I overpaid them that I can't get them to return. That is a lot of money for elderly, disabled people on a fixed income. They had a shower door that was to be installed and the overpayment money could have gone toward that, so I didn't rewrite the check .. which I paid "IN FULL" ( I had been warned to never pay in full until the job is done, but I had faith in this company -- I guess I was wrong). I had other jobs that needed to be done, so I took care of that myself rather than hiring Coastal Aluminum Structures to do it for me. It all started out so good, then I began to see a progression of promising to be here at certain times and waited -- and no one would show up or call for days - or I had to call them again to get action. I have to admit, the carport, wheelchair ramp and deck, and bathroom remodel was all done with perfection, and we are thrilled with them."

"He worked with me and built a strong carport and gave me a fair price also and got carport done in 2 days and cleaned up the site"

"Mr. Salac was on time every day and very professional. Was very respectful of my property as well while he was here working. He cut out and replaced 2 walls completely, beams and all on my pole barn and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend ATS for anything metal related."

"Dervin was great. He came out when I wanted him there. My schedule was conflicting with his, but he immediately accomodated me. I originally wanted a quote for the interior paint job, but after talking with Dervin for about 15 minutes, it was apparent that he was extremely knowledgable about almost every aspect of homebuilding, remodeling, painting, etc. He was also honest about what he couldn't do. So I also had him remodel the master bathroom shower. I gave him some free reign in the design of the remodel. I picked out the tile and he completed a beautiful remodel with varying patterns of tile and the building of an additional wall. He also included the demolition of the old shower into the remodel quote.
A quote was emailed to me by the end of the day, and the prices were extremely reasonable. I met him at the house the next day and gave him a key as the house was vacant. When I dropped by the next day to replace a fixture (this is a rental property), the crew was already there, working diligently.
He promised the job would be completed by the 13th. He was basically done on the 11th. First time ever for me that a contractor has completed work before the alotted time!
When I showed up to pay him the remaining balance, I was surprised to find him touch-up painting window sills and baseboards even though we agreed that they weren't part of the contract! This guy goes above and beyond the call !!"
