"Had a sewer clog at the main line connection. I was starring down the barrel of a $25k+ job since FFX County the home owner is responsible for repairs in the road which require milling and paving per VDOT standards (absurd regulation). When contacting Interstate and speaking with the project manager, I explained the situation and they provided a few alternatives to attempt before ripping out the street. I'd much rather chance digging my yard and installing a catch and attempt to snake, water jet, and descale the pipe then go right and spend $25k. The team showed up on time and performed the work. The outcome was looking bleak, but they were able late in the day to break through the obstruction by doing a combination of water jetting and descaling. The outcome was lucky, but I was completely satisfied with the work down, communication, and responsiveness of Interstate."

"Very well. The pipe had a pinhole leak in a copper elbow joint and required cutting the pipe, in a confined space, to drain standing water. G**** Miranda did a remarkable job repairing the pipe and an adjacent supply pipe I elected to have repaired in case its joint might leak. Workmanship was exceptional, potential mess and additional Sheetrock damage was minimized, G**** Miranda worked tirelessly for 3 hours and produced a satisfactory repair."

"We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly. They also ensured that they had our new water heater turned on and running before leaving. We will not hesitate to contact Willis for any of our plumbing needs."
