"After the inspection was performed, Vernon, call me right away. He informed me of the extent of the foundation damage , and what was the root cause of it. The house was recently flipped, and his photos showed the poor quality of workmanship by the company, heat ducting smashed closed, no pads for blocking if the floor beams, a portion of the crawl space was so narrow, it would only be able to be accessed from the top side.He also provided me with a verbal ball park estamate on what it would take to correct these problems."

Project deadline was met. Ben was very good about keeping us posted on anything that needed to change, and made some great suggestions to us that both improved the project overall and created some cost savings. "We would not recommend Daniel Semeacov and Andrei Pashuk of CustomSunroom LLC. They proved themselves to be woefully incapable. We had a ridiculous number of problems dealing with them. 1. The contract ran 6.5 months late and still was not complete because they would not finish. 2. Over 75-80% of the time they were not on site to manage the project. 3. They caused so many construction errors (concrete and other structural), resulting in unwanted changes and over $10k in problems, that we went to court. The court process resulted in the court keeping us from posting a bad review and giving us 2 options; either we hold them in Contempt of Court for not following the court orders to complete the work but have to allow them fix the damage, or walk away with a small amount of money. They are such a bad company that we chose to walk away. They will never apologize, and they will blame you for their mistakes. If you want it done right, do not hire them. "
