They came and?fixed it? THEN offered ?hush money? with a contract so I wouldn?t do exactly what I?m doing!! Also with that they decided to ?void the warranty? lol. Trash company!! "Great communication, awful execution. Along with all the delays, their failure to actually fix many of our concerns was appalling. Shoddy electrical work, poor tile and drywall craftsmanship, awful grout work. They were "willing" to fix the issues and responded immediately to our concerns. Unfortunately the office can't fix what the installers/contractors mess up. A one week project turned into 3. A real shame as we were sold on quality and went them for that reason. "

"The experience with RenewHome Innovations was close to perfect. We had a walk-in shower installed with high end materials such as porcelain walls and a new bathroom floor The experience from beginning to end was smooth. The sales person, Randy, helped us figure out what we wanted in an initial consultation. The office crew (Kaylee, Ann) ordered everything and kept us up to date on delivery schedules. The project manager, Justyn, coordinated the work on site as soon as all the materials were available. RenewHome's plumber, Scott, and assistant Jonathan were in and out in a few hours. Then the big work started with a GREAT subcontractor, L and R Home Remodeling LLC. Edgar and his assistant Adir completely rebuilt the bathroom in 3 days and left everything clean at the end of the day. Edgar and the company owner Isaac came back a few days later and painted,leaving us a perfectly beautiful new bathroom. We are totally delighted."

The contract was not done properly, the materials were not very good and unfortunately the person they sent was not very good. It took eleven days to complete and the person was not even sure what the job entailed. "I hired Paramount back in 2020 for work on the first floor and appreciated their work so much that I brought them back for the basement (fix/ update after mold repair) and second floor (bathroom and stairs update, new carpet). Like the first time, I really appreciated Ryan's suggestions on style and options, and the various contractors were professional and very kind about working around me and the cats. Ryan was ultimately more critical than me about details and appreciate that desire to do things right and as clean as possible. Would use again!... although that would require a new house at this point. 😁"

"Neil, the owner of the Co came personally to show what was available when I asked for bids from local builders. That was nice and he seemed very pleasant and honest. I contracted with the company that day without hesitation. I was sad it took about 6 weeks before they could come do my shower, but that also had been told to me upfront. When the time came for my shower, I was SO excited. I was told in the beginning the install would take about a week. Neil had given me some beautiful pictures of the shower I had chosen. Angelo was my installer. He got really sick during the week and unfortunately, his work suffered. There were several things that needed fixed, including a bad leak that prevented me from using the shower. NO problem! Angelo was in bed very sick for a few days, when he came back.. he did everything to make me happy and was very pleasant and nice while working. The outcome was beautiful! However , another small problem popped op and I had to call again for a fix. The shower was leaking all over my floor again! I had been dealing with DJ ( Angelo's boss it seems but I don't think he ever actually installs anything) both he and Angelo came back a few days after I called and looked at the problem. DJ was VERY rude during this visit and I expressed my dissapointment to ,Neil. Angelo happily fixed the problem. All these repairs came out if Angelo's pocket , but he never complained. My shower is very nice now and overall I am very happy. It was very nice that my problems were addressed and solved without my having any hassle. I found out later that nothing was said to DJ about his attitude although he fired Angelo! That was shocking as Angelo fixed his mistakes with no fuss.. the original problem wasn't because he was a bad worker, it was because he was very very sick with an infection and fever, should probably have gone home a couple days sooner and then just come back and finished the shower.. instead, he struggled through and he ended up having to go into his pocket to fix what he had done wrong. And they fired him for that? I think that was wrong. He was paid a small portion of what I paid in cash for my shower, but all the repairs came out of his pocket, not the company!"
