"New Windows installed windows and a patio door for us about 10 yrs. ago and we have been very pleased with their quality. We have never had to call them for any repair work until a few days ago when something got stuck under the patio door that made a rather annoying crunching sound whenever it was opened. Garrett came out today and spent well over an hour cleaning the track and under the door and didn't leave until the entire unit was in perfect condition. He was very personable and highly professional. Needless to say, my wife and I are extremely pleased both with him and the company he works for, so much so that we have recommended New Windows to a local friend and our daughter in Cincinnati, both of whom are looking to install new windows in their homes. It's nice to know that New Windows stands by their product/warranty even 10 yrs. after installation!"
