I spent two hours trying to do this with minimal progress... told my wife I'd be laughing if the guy showed up and knocked it out in an hour. Franklin came out and drilled the hole for me in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. "Mark Andersen and his skilled team helped completely transform our house by expanding our 1.5 bathroom home into 3.5 ba, adding gorgeous aesthetics (, including walk-in closet with a pocket door), and making everything more functional in the process. They exhibit the highest levels of professionalism, quality, efficiency and commitment. There were no games, delays or lapse in their work; they were always on-time, friendly, and hard working. They went above-and-beyond on everything, including calling six different locations to find, and then driving down to VA to get, our specific (deprecated) siding for an exact match. They're also very safety conscious, including taking all recommended COVID precautions to keep our family safe throughout.
