"I would say great but I had to get a new unit. AC Stopped working and One Choice came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Tech tried a fix, but that only lasted a few hours. Returned and determined we needed a new condenser coil. Decided to replace outside unit as well. One day service to replace units and cool the house again. They deducted service call from first visit and gave me $250 off cost The price was very good. Neighbors had units replaced at twice the price. I have had a preventive maintenance contract with One Choice for over ten years. They do great professional work."

"The company and service techs were all great! We had them out and they replaced the dual capacitor with the caveat that it could be something more, but we would try this first. It worked for a couple weeks but then the breaker kept tripping so we had them back out. Turns out the compressor was bad and was causing the breaker to trip. We were not necessarily surprised by that news. We ended up replacing the whole system, which had been pieced together over the years anyway. We cannot say enough good about the salesman and the techs. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Installation was done on a Saturday and it was pouring down rain most of the day. The technicians were careful to use foot covers when coming into our home since it was so muddy that day. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made us feel confident with the set up and new system. We were very pleased and have already recommended them to several other people."

"This is just about everything I appreciate and value in a service provider. Our home has two heat pumps, and both were failing. Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. There was a pretty good spread between lowest cost and highest cost estimates, with Comfort Zone just shy of the midpoint between lowest and highest. From the initial discussion about the work involved and related equipment choices, I was sure Andrew was the provider I wanted. He spent time answering my questions during his initial visit and left with no pressure to close the deal. I had several follow-up questions which he always promptly answered via email or phone. His estimates offered multiple choices with the differences clearly explained. Comfort Zone replaced the first unit shortly after his initial visit. We just recently had him come back to do the second unit. Each time during his service visit, Andrew was professional and friendly and answered any question I had along the way. Deandre came back for a couple of extra days and strapped the insulated ducts everywhere I requested and even centered up two ducts that were off center. He was awesome! "We had a brand new central air unit installed by another company 4 years ago. It never worked the way it should,, the house would never cool down past 78 or 79 degrees in the summer, Bryant had been out to repair it numerous times, they finally admitted they could not fix the problem and installed a bigger unit. We were excited that we could finally have a cool house, only to be disappointed when we turned the air on, it was doing the same thing the other unit did, not cooling the house. They came back out twice after that and told us we needed to put a new breaker box in the house. We ended up calling carrier and ask for a different company to deal with. Jarboe's came out and was in the house about 20 minutes and told us the unit was fine and he had fixed the problem. Our air has been working fine ever since. The hot weeks we had this summer would have been miserable for us if not for them. I'm so happy we were turned on to Jarboes, I would recommend them to anyone."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
