"Got estimates on repair. Decided that washer was to old for repair."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Responded quickly, arrived on time and made an extra effort to ascertain the model of the oven. I had them do the repair work on the dishwasher. The other appliances had to be replaced. Great service!"

"Josh stuck with a trying repair and delivered heat!"

"Extremely satisfied, courteous, timely and knowledgeable. Gave positive tips on how to care for dryer in future. Plan to call for annual cleaning of lent."

"I had Pro Tech repair two pieces of wooden furniture. They were very cordial and professional. They worked very hard when they were here and treated my furniture very carefully. Both pieces look MUCH better than before!! Although this is the only service I used them for, I believe their specialty is HVAC and I would try them for that if I had the need."

"I called Action Appliance (soon to be JR Appliance) at around 9:30 this morning when my dryer started making a very strange noise. As soon as I described the sound JR pretty much new that it must be sort of foreign item that had been caught in the fan or motor (one of those things). He showed up an hour and half later took apart my dryer and found the problem (a playing cart was the culprit; the 9 of Clubs). After cleaning the entire inside of the dryer that was covered with lint he put the dryer back together, and replaced the hose that was also stuffed with lint. JR is awesome and will definitely be calling him for future appliance issues."

"Personable, professional, fast and efficient. They knew immediately what was wrong when I explained the issue with my washer. So, let me add experienced to that list! Two guys arrived; one with 20, the other with 30 years experience."
