Cristy, our design consultant, took the time to understand exactly what we needed for our bay windows and offered several elegant solutions that fit our budget. The selection of fabrics and materials was impressive - from light-filtering sheers to room-darkening cellular shades, they had everything we could imagine. What really set them apart was their attention to detail during the measurement and installation process. The installation team, led by Edel, was punctual, professional, and left our space cleaner than they found it. Our new motorized Roman shades work flawlessly and have transformed our living room. They even followed up a week later to ensure everything was working properly and we were satisfied with the installation. The entire process from consultation to installation took just under two weeks, exactly as promised.
