"THANKS TO 3J's Restoration this job went WONDERFULLY I saw my floor buckling,n a moldly smell why I didn't know,so I made appointments with 3 contractors.The first two contractors had come in and they told me I had mold had to rip up the floor cuz they didn't know the damage underneath, and they told me I probably need a whole new kitchen. I am a single 64 year old woman I am very nervous it was so overwhelmed that's all they explain to me is that I had more than a rip up the floor and I need a new kitchen. The prices that they gave me what astronomical. I forgot all about an appointment I have made with the third contractor which was 3J's restoration, I was very happy when they showed up in uniform, they were very polite kind and seeing my age very considerate. They explain to me soon as they walked in that I had mold, they sat me down knowing that I was very overwhelmed cuz I told him about the other contractors coming in and they ease my mind by telling me detail by detail what needed and had to be done not once did they mention a new kitchen. Would sincerity they call my nerves very quickly and said that there's a solution and that I'm fixable. It also told me they didn't know the extent of the mold so they ripped up the floor. Oh it started at my slider which is laminate floor and be known to me what damage could be and they showed me once they had to rip up the tile in my kitchen they saw me again getting overwhelmed and they said that they could save my kitchen. They showed their expertise by taking out every single Appliance without a scratch a dent or a nick, they dismantled my kitchen cabinets taped every nut screw bolts to the doors and put them out of my way so I would not fall. Once again they sat down with me with a contract and the price was reasonable not astronomical and they told me I wouldn't have to buy a new kitchen which ease my mind so much because I did not know how I could possibly afford a brand new kitchen. After some inspector came and said the air was clean you immediately study put in the floor in they match my laminate flooring to a tee I couldn't even see a seam, they knew I was very attached to the tile I had in my kitchen, they couldn't match it, but they brought me samples and one I really like that was very close to the floor I had once they put down the floor they started putting my kitchen back together I figured I'd have to call in plumbers they assured me and I didn't they did all the work and I have to say in my kitchen looks better than it did when I bought the house. I will highly recommend 3 J's restoration to anybody that had any sort of situation as myself. The first thing they did was put me at ease seeing that I was so overwhelmed. Now thanks to this company I can light a candle and smell the fragrance instead of covering up a nasty smell. Again kudos to 3 J's restoration."
