"Pro Builders (Bob and Manuel) did a fantastic job constructing a new deck to bridge between our existing deck and a new above ground pool. These guys are very easy to work with, very cordial, and very professional. They had a hard task to match up with the old deck and the just installed pool. They solved several challenges presented with this deck. They handled the permit and inspection process and completed this pretty big build in about 2.5 days this week. Bob and Manuel did a fine job. I would hire them again for more construction work on my house and would recommend them to anyone."

"Junior Green and his Clean Hands Painting and Construction crew did an excellent job saving our screened in porch. We had a contractor who had spent 11 months (yes 11 months) installing a screened in porch and he was simply not able to finish the job. We became fed up and found Junior and he was promptly out to review the work and recommend how to fix it. He was able to correct all of the issues with standard construction practices that our last contractor ignored. He made sure that the screened porch was redesigned to protect against water and last for the long term without issues every few years from water damage. In addition to his knowledge of good construction practice he also made our porch look beautiful. The only reason I did not give an A was because the initial installation of the medicine cabinet was not plumb. The way that they joined the baseboard to the tub was not aesthetically pleasing either. They did fix the medicine cabinet, so now I am very happy with that."

"Back around 2016 we hired Bill Botkin from Outdoor Life. We had to wait several months to get our project started and the price was high. The whole job was done beautifully however, ever since the job was completed it is very hard to get them to come for follow up. We used their services to remulch the landscaping and replace some plants that had died and charged us $5,000. After that we had our reservations to call them to do maintenance of the landscape. Back in January 2019 we contacted them to come fix the lights they installed and 6 months later we still have not seen or heard from them... it is very difficult and expensive to get them to respond. Now we are going to have to find someone to fix these lights that cost us a lot of money."

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."
