"Everything was done in a timely manner, areas were left clean everyday and Miguel Martinez always communicated with us every step of the way. We love our new bathrooms. They took both bathrooms down to the studs, replaced the bathtub and fully tiled the tub area and the wall behind the vanity and installed vanities, mirrors, lighting and exhaust fans. In our bathroom, they removed a fiberglass insert shower and rebuilt a fully tiled shower with a bench and two niches. We would highly recommend Miguel Martinez and Smart Flooring and remodeling solutions. P.S. - During our remodeling we found some water damage to our outside wall, Miguel was able to connect us with a crew that could make the repairs we needed. "Justin’s team was very professional in their services. We were so impressed with how they removed the old wall paper border in my kitchen and gave it a new look with paint. Justin replaced the old weather stripping along all my outer doors with perfection as well as replacing the stripping on each side of our fireplace. "Well, I had the sudden bright idea of trying to completely renovate my daughter's room for her birthday with less than two weeks before she came home from being out of town. I found Jules on Angie's List, and everyone was so happy with her work, I gave her a call. From the very beginning to the end, she worked tirelessly with her team (Rick Hutchison and his associate Kevin) to bring the vision I had to life with no time to spare. I really can't believe they were able to do this. The dedication and QUALITY of the work that was done was incredible. Jules went to every corner of town and beyond to find and acquire each individual piece for the room. In addition, the room was a blend of many different ideas and styles, so Jules had to think outside the box and go in many different directions with only enthusiasm and a smile on her face. She was incredibly thorough in keeping track of receipts and invoices (much moreso than I!) , and was very careful to try and find each item within the budget we had. For example, we were willing to pay more for a special allergy free bed than a decorative desk, and Jules was able to balance the costs so we had exactly what we wanted.
When work became a bit more involved due to a structural issue with our windows, Rick and Jules worked into the weekend to insure the project was completed in time for the surprise. My daughter was completely speechless when she saw her room, and tells me almost every day how much she loves it. Her friends love the whole feel and atmosphere (Which is kind of woodsy and starry with brown branch twinkle lights woven through the room but grown up enough with the stylized furniture. Jules helped me bring my thoughts of a starry sky into the room with a warm purple ceiling painted with an overlay of subtle glitter. It's gorgeous.) I literally have only amazement for the job that was done.

"They drove out immediately after receiving my request for a quote (which was reasonable), despite the long distance and late time of day. They then returned bright and early the very next morning to do a job that "wasn't enough" for 2 other companies to bother with (painting caps over windows/garage door). Exceptionally professional and did a great job (especially since they had to fight off an unexpected wasp nest as well). I would definitely recommend them."
