"We completely renovated two of our bathrooms and had repairs done on a third. The owner, Matt Tartaglia, came to survey and provide the estimate for the job himself. His estimate was clear and fair and he was very responsive to follow up questions and clarifications. Matt also gave us a realistic timeframe for when the work would begin. Once the demolition started it was clear that Matt is not only the owner, but the main craftsman. He was on the job everyday performing the work himself most of the time and checking on work done by his subs the rest of the time. He was easy to communicate with by phone, text, email, and in person. It was clear to me throughout that Matt took a lot of pride not only in his company but also in his work and really was content and exceptionally productive when he was in one of our bathrooms working uninterrupted for hours and hours at a time! We are exceptionally pleased by the way everything turned out. Two and half bathroom jobs is a large undertaking for a family and for a renovator. Matt and his crew were thoughtful about the order of work and mindful of covid precautions in order to minimize disruption to the household. We always felt safe with them in the house and they kept consistent hours which made it easier to get used to. Along the way we had quite a few complications (usually leaks which already existed on old piping) and each time Matt was great about making suggestions of how to move forward in a reasonable way. At no point in this entire process did I feel taken advantage of and as I made the necessary payments for the job it was always satisfying to see that we were paying for the job we had envisioned. If you are considering a bathroom renovation, I would highly recommend this company without any reservations. Highest marks!"
