Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

He offered reasonable suggestions about the scope of work, and noted that two of the apparent problems were actually not in need of repair. He was immediately likeable, and although his cost estimate was in the middle I hired him. His assistant Luis worked well through the day, doing a great job on the water heater and disposal install, and although the 45 year-old bathtub faucet replacements took a lot more work than expected there was no complaint or request for additional money.
