"The final result is amazing! We have a beautiful "new" pool with a gorgeous water feature, and couldn't be happier. Congratulations to the entire team at Aqua Doc for a job well done. We'd especially like to thank: -Mike, our salesperson, who followed through and checked in all throughout -Matt, the designer, who understood my vision and didn't think I was crazy -Jimmy and the team, who took the design and made it happen with professionalism and expertise -the team at the office who fielded all my calls and questions -Shawn, the pool system tech who got us up and running so we can enjoy our pool"

"Excellent! Kevin and team are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Also, the quality of the workmanship performed by everyone from Bluewater Pools is awesome. These guys are the real deal, they say what they going to do and do what they say. When it comes to customer service and satisfaction, I think they’re outstanding. I highly recommend Kevin and Bluewater Pools for your swimming pool needs."

"Excellent! Dave the installer was very prompt, professional and well skilled at doing the installation. He was meticulous in his work, patiently answered all my questions and did a flawless and neat installation of the new system leaving no messes behind. I could not be happier with the work he did or the water system he installed. The device works perfectly and our water tastes great. The reverse osmosis device is quiet and quickly and efficiently makes all the clean water we need. Best of all, no more lugging plastic gallons of water from the grocery store! I am very satisfied with Eco Water and could not more highly recommend them or their reverse osmosis product."

"I've have used several pool service providers in the past three years who have not only disappointed me but made having a pool a nightmare. Thankfully I have finally found a company that communicates with me and I can trust. I have been looking for a company small enough to actually care and large enough to provide the various types of services needed to maintain my pool. The Owners of Sweetwater and their staff have gone out of their way to treat me like a special customer. They have been very fast to respond to issues and the charges I feel have been very fair. I hired them about 6 months ago and they have been great and are not trying to fix things that are not broken as others have done. I have never received near the level of personal attention with other companies regardless of their size. I depend on my pool for therapy and they have been willing to make that a priority in servicing me. Other companies have left me hanging without use of my pool for many days but Sweetwater has bent over backwards to see this does not happen. I have had pools for probably 20 years and have never been as happy with the pool and the service provider as I am now. Give them a try you will not be dissapointed."

"Ryan was fantastic. Guarantees his work for 90 days, got to our pool leak in the same day and explained everything to me clearly. Did what he said he was going to do for the price he said he was going to do it for. ?"

"This is a footnote to my previous review, which I've been meaning to write and am finally getting around to... Unfortunately, after the job was finished and I posted my review, my pool technician noticed metal staining in the pool, due to screws and metal fly away that had fallen in during the re-screening job. This was because many of the old screws had to be sawed off. In hindsight, if they had covered the pool before working on the screening, this could've been prevented. I have to have my pool acid washed to get rid of these stains which will entail draining the pool. I hope that they will consider taking this precaution in the future. Otherwise, as I said in my last review, they were very good."

"

Jimmy and his great staff came in and immediately attacked the algae problem in our pool.  He replaced the filter that the previous company should have replaced long ago and started treating the problem.  He called or sent someone to treat the pool every day, because he knew that we were eager to get the problem cleared up.  And clear it up they did -- the pool looks great.

Jimmy and his staff have a thorough understanding of the chemistry of treating pool water and that is difficult for some companies who cannot treat a saline (slat water) pool.  You will be in great hands with this company.  It would be impossible for anyone to provide better service.

"Jeff provides an e mail summary after each visit explaining what was done to our pool including chemical readings. Recently Jeff assisted with a warranty issue and was great through the entire process. We also value his quick response time and has exceeded our expectations."
