"Aside from designing, one of the most difficult steps in a kitchen renovation project is finding the right team to complete the project. This seems to be especially difficult in Miami. During this project I met with a half dozen different contractors who all promise my dream kitchen but could not deliver even a quote. Communication with Home Surgeons was effortless from the start. I scheduled a meeting with Adrian to discuss the scope and he seemed unfazed by the hurdles and eager to take on the challenge. He delivered a proposal in a timely manner, and after a few adjustments, we were ready to proceed. Adrian and his team handled the renovation with finesse and great attention to detail. As unexpected hurdles came up, Home Surgeons tackled them with ease and kept us running on schedule. Adrian was able to bring my vision to life, and my kitchen looks more beautiful than I ever imagined. There isn’t anything Adrian & his team can’t handle. I would not hesitate to recommend them."

"I was told there would be $139 service charge If they came & adjusted the Sliders etc that was all that was needed. I called them back before they came (a week & half after called them initially) to let them know that we have been told we needed the balls replaced and they told me that would be $448+ the cost of the balls, etc. etc. and they would check it out when they came. They charged us $129 as a service call that would not count the actual work. They were the only ones that charged us for a quote which was quite a bit higher than who we ultimately used. Very upset we were charged for them to assess the problem when I had told them what others had told us FOR NO COST."

When a problem arose with several windows, we called Karoly and Jesse Laskowske, Operations Manager, came to my home to inspect and secured the problem. He also directed me how to submit a warranty claim and was instrumental in dealing with the adjuster. When replacement parts arrived, 2 Karoly employees spent 4 hours making the repairs. "I needed new blinds for my home in Cape Coral. I was so tired of the same old kind that many people have, and wanted my windows to make a statement. I went to the showroom and Jaime helped me choose some very elegant and functional blinds for my bedroom windows, and really cool verticals for my sliding doors. Mr. Roberts came to my home within days to measure exactly and I placed the order. The cost was less than I thought, so I actually ordered a few additional window blinds for the kids bathroom. Just a few weeks later my order was in, and the installers came with a clearly marked truck that said Blind and Shutter Gallery on it. I could see a few of my neighbors taking notice that I was getting new blinds. Two men, Craig and Tim greeted my dogs after introducing themselves to me. "This is a wonderful company to work with. They upgraded my home service from 1956 100 amp service to current 220amp service nearly 14 years ago. I was question about a noted comment from my 4-point inspection report for a new insurance policy that described an old cloth covered wire they assumed was aluminum (that was replaced during the panel update) that was present but had been capped off and was not in use. Insurance companies want things their way and asked me to have this wire replaced with a copper one. By a certified electrician. Long story summary: the owner came out and removed the old run and capped the panel. After 14 years. They backed up their work. "

"Jan of 2020 I thought I was going to have a good session with them a gentleman came out gave us a quote I told him what My goal to achieve how much tinting I wanted he said he understood. No samples he didn’t have any samples. after the job is complete I was not happy at all so I call them and to my dismay they pretty much told me there’s nothing they can do!!! I called another Company who says they bring samples with them so I now have them doing my other windows. What a difference having samples put on your windows you get to look at them for a few days then make your decision. I lived and learned don’t ever go with that first choice and think people will do the right thing. So disappointed that I spent all this money and didn’t get the satisfaction or customer service from suntamers! Do not buy from them unless you can see samples! They don’t stand by their product or their word!"
