"Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. Brandon came out and impressed us with the detail of his quote and planning and then surprised us by having the lowest quote. Initially they planned on getting our work done in a couple of weeks because they were busy, but they moved some stuff around and got to us within a week because they knew we were excited to move into our house. On the first day they tore up the bad section of driveway and refilled it with gravel to ensure our cars would be able to get in the garage.
