When a problem arose with several windows, we called Karoly and Jesse Laskowske, Operations Manager, came to my home to inspect and secured the problem. He also directed me how to submit a warranty claim and was instrumental in dealing with the adjuster. When replacement parts arrived, 2 Karoly employees spent 4 hours making the repairs. This level of service is extraordinary, especially after so many years. I strongly recommend anyone looking to replace windows and doors call Karoly Windows and Doors. "In Jan 2019, we paid them $3100 to rescreen our pool area. We were given a 5 year Warranty. It looked like a great job and they had to come out and replace a panel a rat ate through, and we paid for that. Perfect. Then we got iguanas that pulled 2 panels from the roof side of the house. We offered to pay for those, However, there are 6 more panels that came loose and the spine is hanging and loose panels are flapping that were NOT done by the animals. The workmanship should last more than 6 months. We have not had any storms and with just daily weather, so many panels should not have come loose. We called, texted, sent letters with no response. We only want the screens repaired as stated in the 5 year warranty, which is not being honored. We don't like doing bad reviews but are really hurt that the screen warranty is not honored. $3100 is a lot of money for us and we are back where we were with bad screens. All we want is, the screens fixed and we will pay for the 2 panels damaged by the iguanas. Thank you."

"Terrible experience with this company and its ownership. I put my trust in them for a significant home investment, but in under a year, the roof they installed began leaking badly. When I tried to get assistance, I was met with little to no response, and the attempted fixes were ineffective. My calls and service requests were largely ignored, and their warranty proved to be worthless. Getting a clear or helpful answer from anyone there felt nearly impossible. To make matters worse, their contract includes a clause requiring disputes to be handled in West Palm Beach, which seems intentionally set up to make it costly and inconvenient for customers to pursue any legal action. Overall, extremely disappointing?I would strongly caution others before doing business with them."

"NSW installed 11 windows in our house to the tune of $10,000~. They sent 2 very unprofessional looking people. I have tattoos and nothing against body piercings. But don’t show up for a job with your nipple rings showing and the shortest of shorts ever. The 2 guys hastily ripped windows from the house. They didn’t snap any lines for the cuts, which made them all uneven. The stucco on the house cracked really bad as well from lack of care. Old windows were dropped, some shattered on the floor, creating gouges in the floor. No drop cloths were used and drywall dust was everywhere as well as caulking permanently stained into the wood floors. Had to have the house professionally cleaned. They used a torch on one window and burned the stucco. The windows were not installed evenly and foam coming out of the seams. Very ugly looking. Now, about a year after, all the windows need to be replaced because the special film has failed. It’s taken several months for them to get new windows ready. Always the “next truck load” excuse. Now that they are ready, I was put on schedule for replacement, or so I thought. I just called today and asked about scheduling and they can’t find us on their schedule! For $10,000… the first set of windows look like junk, installed all wonky, and failed. Even the county inspector was shocked by the install. White vinyl board had to be installed to cover up the ugliness underneath."
