Upon inspection of other issues in the house, they suggested I replace a toilet bowl at a parts + labor cost of $750-$950 depending on the bowl I selected. He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install.
