"HORRIBLE contractor? we hired Jason and his company 03/22/25 to renovate our basement. Work supposed to be done 4-6 weeks that was a lie. It took them over 2 months to some what finish. We payed $40 thousand for half done job?Jason brings one handyman to work alone . For the firs three weeks nothing was done and when l call Jason he was literally arguing with me telling me he have no money to continue working and it will be done on time. This man is delusional and have no sense of time passing by. He?s worker told us he doesn?t give him to come to work. Jason will only show up to ask for money we would see him any other way. At the end my floor is uneven, door can?t close properly, cover for hitters are cheep plastic it will melt once heat is on, panting is poorly done and so on. This was far WORST contractor that we have. I will continue complaining about them this isn?t company it is big SCAM."

"JES left my home in worse shape and will not return my calls to come repair the damage left. I reached out to them to install a joist support system under my kitchen so that I can renovate this year. There were floor joists under the back door that had been cut during a renovation about 30 years ago. JES installed a jack system but then left my foundation under the door where you can literally see daylight from the basement. I brought this up to the crew before they left late Friday night (they worked long hours just to ?finish? without even asking me if it was okay to trap me at home that late), and the lead just shrugged at me. Shortly after they left, it rained, and sure enough, water poured into my electrical room and all over the freshly poured concrete. I called Friday night, sent an email and text with videos, and called today 3 times. Each time the ?production manager? is ?busy.? Before this, they were perfectly capable of blowing up my phone to see if I could schedule sooner."

The two bathrooms were completely renovated in 5 weeks, but it could have been finished even sooner if we hadn’t selected a premium option for our shower glass enclosure. The entire project was started and finished between January 21, 2025 until February 28, 2025, which included the crew working two Saturdays, which shows their dedication in getting the job done. We were very impressed with KBA over the entire project! Specifically, we were impressed at how smooth and efficient the entire process was. It was seamless – from the initial consultation to the execution of the job. The designer, Anna, was very thorough and helpful in sketching the designs of new bathrooms and offering advice on recommended materials for the bathroom, to include going above and beyond in helping us choose just the right paint colors to perfectly blend with our newly installed bathroom accessories.
