After years of purchasing expensive treatments and maintenance packages with another local company -- and getting poor results -- I had just about given up! But Dennis came out and took care of the carpenter ants in one visit! He was very meticulous about finding possible ant colonies, treated the eaves, and went into the attic. There was no massive "overspray" (like the other company) and he wasn't gone in 20 minutes! He stayed until the work was done, which took awhile, but I was SO glad he was so careful! "Metro Guard services our home for insect and rodent control.  They have been our pest control provider for several years.  We select the annual plan with quarterly service visits.  The main office always calls about a week or so out to schedule an appointment that supports our schedule.  Robert is our regular technician and is always on-time or early.  During our discussion he always asks if we have had any bug problems to ensure the problem is properly addressed.  He is very carful to wear shoe covers when inside our home and does a thorough hand spray application to the entire home hitting all baseboards and inspecting under sinks.  Outside the perimeter of our home is power sprayed out to at least 10 feet.  Windows and doors get a hand spray.  We rarely see a living bug on the patio or entryways and if we do they are knocking on deaths door.  We are very happy with the pest control services we receive from Metro Guard and plan to use them for all our pest control needs. <br />"
