"Very professional from the estimate to the completion of the repair of the roof! Clean up was also completed!"

"Victor's sent Kory Solomon out to address our issue and provide an estimate. He was timely, professional and honest with every point of his examination. The review was thorough. Kory made short videos of the portions of the roof that were examined and reviewed them with us. I cannot be more enthusiastic about this company and would recommend them to anyone who thinks they need a new roof or repair."

"I was pleased with the appointment I had with The Leaf Pros LLC. and will be moving forward with them."

"The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."

"K&M improvement did such an incredible job!! they gave me the kitchen and bathroom I’ve always wanted!! Our house is over 100 years old and needed a lot of work, they worked so hard and went above and beyond to make the outcome perfect! They are so professional and easy to talk to, I’d recommend their services over and over again!!"

"Quality workmanship.Top of the line professionalism! Matts a great guy!"

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"Jimmy, the owner, along with his crew did a wonderful job!"

"I talked to them on the phone and the man said he would call me back. He never ended up calling me back and I waited for 2 days.

Update:
That came back out and completed everything necessary. There was a mix up in the company, and they were very apologetic."

"Henry & Bob were very patient to explain the paneling functions and track down what needed to be repaired. They followed up with getting up parts ordered that were under warranty. They will also quote us for adding a battery to our system. So far so good! We look forward to them coming back in a week with our new parts to get us back up and running!"
