"Update to My Initial Review: Immediately after my review posted on 2 Nov, one of the owners, Jesse, called to inquire and apologize. Seems I was misled. The previous person responsible was a sales agent, not an owner, and failed to advise the owners of existing issues before he was let go from the company. Jesse came out the very next day, evaluated the problem, and sent one of his best roofers to fix the remaining leak over my patio. Thankfully, it was a minor repair issue. We had no significant rains until this past week, end of Nov. No MORE LEAKS!! The NOC WAS filed in a timely manner, but with Bay County and not PC Beach. The city folks had not checked the Bay County reports. The final Inspection was today and all is well. As noted before, I was VERY SATISFIED WITH THE CREW!!...and having met Jesse and impressed with his response to my concerns, I am completely satisfied with Tool Time and would definitely rehire them for any other needs. Buyer Beware!! Initially, one of the owners, Keith, was very friendly, helpful, and responded to my concerns. However, once they got the contract, it was a different story. The crew did a great job. I am very satisfied with the roof itself. It took several msgs to Keith and calls to PCB Code folks to get the permit pulled. I have a 6x10 aluminum patio extension over the front door. It has always had 2 small leaks where it adjoins the facia. Keith promised it would not leak after they finished and described how it would be done. However, that was not conveyed to the crew and it delayed the project with Hurricane Sally and the rains coming. After a frantic call of concern, the crew had to come out on Sunday to secure the roof to survive the rains. It has been over a month since they finished. The patio still leaks. Keith promised he would come to fix the problem on 8 Oct. No show!! The NOC still has not been filed for the city to inspect and Tool Time no longer responds to my calls or msgs. Totally Frustrated!!"
