"Contacted Dan Dugan for an estimate on a new installation. Old unit had been running with bandaids for a couple years and was beyond its life expectancy.
While I was sticker shocked at the price, I found out these heat pump systems are much more complex than a standard gas furnace. I also price compared and found this price to be within the customary range with installation.
 Dugan (Bryant) offers a hard to beat 60 mo. Zero % interest financing through wells fargo Bank. Why use my own money?
Installation went down without a hitch. While this was my sons home, I sort of managed the project as he works a lot of hours. He basically let the installers in and do their thing while he went to work, so no inconvenience on either of our parts.
Installers were in and out same day, left no mess and everything runs great!

"Really excellent company to work with. They performed a big project for us last year replacing several feet of our exterior sewer line and installing a new HVAC unit. They had to put the HVAC unit on top of ground that had been previously completely dug up for the sewer line. A year later the HVAC unit had started to sink in on an angle. I messaged them about it and within a couple days they were here and lifted the unit back up and put rock underneath to keep it from sinking again. Really appreciated their quick response and the effort to help with that. It wasn't their fault erosion happened, but they clearly take pride in their work. Much appreciated! "On one of the coldest nights of the year so far (low 2 degrees) our heat pump quit heating. I awoke about 4:30 a,m, because of the chill. We are new to the area so I was not sure who to call, but my first try was to the contractor whose installed the heaat pump 7 years ago and had a sticker on it. After waiting more that 30 minutes fir a response, I then Googled heating contractors near me and called the closest 2 that had strong google reviews. The first of those two to respond was Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling and Am I glad they did tecnician Garrett called me wiithin 10 minutes. I explained to him what was going on and he told me he'd head my way ASAP. About 30 minutes later he called again to say he was on the road and when I mentioned that the filter was in need of replacement, he stopped by Lowes to pickup a new filter for me. He arrived at the houae and spent several hours correcting the problem in expert and professional fashion. I was much impressed and and can tell you that from now on, Complete Comfort will be my regular go to for all heating and cooling needs. They probably aren't the cheapest in the area, but they are reasonable, prompt, friendly, courteous, and impress me as extremely professional. I highly recommend them."
