"<p>The booking was easy and the tech was on time. He did what I was expecting, to open the system up. However, while a number of the heads were not turning and would need to replaced, he provided me and my wife with an estimate for $700 to replace 7 total heads!! He said, because we have well water, they'd recommend using heads that include steel, so they are $65 each, plus he added $15 to "lower" the heads based on newer standards with sprinklers. This was way more than I wanted to spend and also $400+ more than an estimate I then received from another company to do the same work using sprinklers of the same quality but not replacing all 7, instead replacing just 4. The cost per sprinkler head was more in the $35-$40 range. </p> <p>I'm sure Royal irrigation knows what they are doing as far as sprinklers, and I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the second estimate has me thinking that they are overpriced. They also didn't seem to want to work with us to find something that worked in our budget, unlike other vendors. </p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

We interviewed three other companies and Drew Harp far and away had the best price and provided a large number of variable sprinkler heads for different areas of the yard. They showed up when they said they would show up and completed the job quickly and expertly. They explained all our options and provided us with a quick written estimate . We were reluctant about putting in a lawn sprinkler system because there are so many fly by night companies. Drew Harp are total professionals. He was on time, and spent about an hour going over all the options I had to waterproof the basement. I told him I planned on getting work done in the basement within the next three months, and he was completely understanding, and did not try to use sales pressure tactics whatsoever.  <br /> I did a heavy amount of research looking around for a waterproofing company. I also had a lot of questions, and Mike was very prompt in responding to emails, took all my phone calls, and also allowed me to tour the facility - he showed me the company vehicles, where they keep the supplies, how the work day looks when everyone leaves the shop, and what to expect when they arrive to work on the property. He took his time, did not rush me out the door. He kept his word about the date and time I scheduled with him to see the facility, and made sure he was able to spend all the time needed to answer all my questions.  <br /> Though this was such a difficult decision, I rarely give reviews to companies I do not use. I had to give Rightway a good review because I really did have a great experience of not being pressured. Time will tell if I regret this decision to not go with Rightway, but in all honesty - IF you want to deal with a FANTASTIC sales manager who will go over EVERY option you have to waterproof your basement, AND.. who will NOT pressure you into making a deal or else the price will go up - THIS company would be a GREAT choice.  <br /> I will not go into great detail of why I chose elsewhere because it honestly has NOTHING to do with this company or the tour or anything I've experienced. Mike was very patient, respectable and knows his stuff. The company to me seems like an excellent company to hire. Thank you. <br />"
