"We were very pleased with the staircase and railing construction completed by MGM Carpentry and highly recommend them for Carpentry and construction work. Mike worked efficiently completing the demolition of the previous stairs and railing in one day. He identified and corrected structural deficiencies from the previous construction and completed the remodel and finish work within the time he originally stated it would take to complete the job. He was even able to stay on-budget with the exception of the additional repairs identified during demolition. Even then, he discussed any changes early and found effective solutions that didn’t significantly increase the cost of completing the work. We are absolutely delighted with the quality and appearance of the finished staircase. He kept a tidy workspace and cleaned everything up very neatly once the job was completed. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
