He was extremely professional, clearly explained the issue, and walked me through repair options so I could choose what made the most sense. I appreciated that he took the time to educate me on how to properly winterize my home for the future. I was in a total panic and called Northeast Water Remediation, which was a recommendation from our plumber, whom I trust. Thomas was at our house within an hour of the call. He was calm (and calming to me) and professional. He's very thorough about cleaning up and making sure there's no where that mold will grow, which made me super comfortable trusting him to do a detailed job. "An entire mug of coffee spilled on my brand new white colored carpet. I called about this and was impressed that the owner wanted to know everything chemically going on, from what was in my coffee to any cleaners I had tried using. He came over as soon as he was done with another project and explained his process and got to work - I'm still amazed looking at what was a huge eye sore and how it looks brand new again.
