"WR Builders Inc. handled our basement remodel, and we could be happier with the results. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. They were easy to communicate with and offered great design ideas that we hadn’t even considered. Highly recommend!"

"We highly recommend Lancaster Home Remodeling. They exceeded our expectations in every way: super-responsive communication, high-quality work, fantastic support during and after the project, and reasonable pricing. From the initial design phase, John offered thoughtful suggestions/advice and would point out potential issues. We found it invaluable. During the build, Kim responded very quickly to any emailed questions and even reached out to let us know if no one was working the next day so we could keep our dog home and save on dog daycare costs. A small example of how they focus on the homeowner in their plans/decisions. During the build process, we had water coming in from our bulkhead - from outside not part of the remodel. John went out of his way to try and stop the leak even though he didn't have to. He went above/beyond multiple times. We absolutely love the way the basement turned out. We enjoyed working with them, and our basement looks beautiful."

"I highly recommend Start2Finish Waterproofing. Ed was wonderful to work with. He was timely, informative, and honest. There?s no inspection fee like most other companies. Their quote was very reasonable and has a lifetime warranty. Bob and the install crew were very efficient and left my basement in the same condition as when they came. For basement water issues this is the company to use!!"

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"Mostly well. We purchased the Big Deal for 2 painters for a day which said it would be 2 painters for 9 hours for a total of 18 hours. They showed up with 3 painters and said their day would end earlier since they would hit their 18 hours sooner with 3 people. I do wish we had known that in advance, but it worked out. They told at the beginning that the oil based primer wouldn't have time to dry because it needs to dry for 24 hours, so we had to go back to get latex primer while they prepped. That was disappointing because everything I read was that the soot should really be covered with oil based primer so that it didn't bleed through. I wish they had told me that when we were exchanging emails about the job, but maybe I should have known that already. We had to have the job done that day though, so rescheduling wasn't really an option. When my husband returned to the store to get latex paint, they asked him to pick up a pack of rollers also.
They did a quality job, painting the ceiling which was probably difficult since the family room had two levels, with part of the room having very high ceilings with skylights, and another part of the ceiling was over a staircase to the basement. Since we had purchased a deal that was for a specific time frame, they covered a lot with their time, and my husband was set to complete what they didn't get to. We were happy they were able to prime and paint the entire family room for the most part, and able to prime the bathroom as well.
They were flexible and worked with us with what to do. We needed to paint the family room and bathroom and kitchen. We only wanted to pay for the one day and my husband was prepared to finish whatever was left over himself. We were hoping they would finish the family room at least. At some point my husband saw how much time was left, and decided he would rather have them prime the bathroom instead of cutting in along the floor in the family room with the paint (since my husband would rather finish the paint than deal with priming the bathroom himself). They didn't have a problem with that.
The rooms turned out very well. Would use them again in the future.

"VC Construction finished our basement, replaced some flooring upstairs, tiled around our fireplace, and some work to our home’s exterior too. In every case we were blown away and thrilled with the results! I wholeheartedly recommend them for all types of jobs. "We hired Richard to finish our basement and it was a pleasure working with him and his team from start to finish. When we moved into our house, we immediately knew we wanted to finish our basement. To do this, we also knew that we had to deal with our old, not to code, basement stairs. When contractors came to give quotes, most told us that the stairs would be an issue, and one contractor even told us it was impossible (and that it wasn’t worth finishing the basement). Richard not only provided us with a solution for moving the stairs, but he also spent his own time meeting with the town building inspector to go over his proposed plans before giving us a full quote and signing a contract with us. This kind of forward thinking helped us to feel comfortable hiring him to complete the work. It is also worth noting that even though Richard was the only contractor whose quote included moving the stairs, it was very competitive being neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. Throughout the basement remodel, Richard and his team were very communicative and quick to respond to our questions, comments, or concerns. They listened to our ideas and always had great ideas for how to either make what we wanted happen or to propose improvements on what we were thinking about. In the end, Richard helped us to build the basement that we wanted, and today we have a beautiful basement, which includes a laundry room, a library space, and an open area for our kids to play. On top of all of this, we also have a new stairway and a new kitchen pantry where the old stairs were. The new stairs fit in seamlessly, almost like they’ve always been that way. We would gladly work with him again on a future project, and would definitely recommend him to others considering similar projects."
