"Melissa and Caleb was polite and professional. They explained what they were going to do it. They were very patient with us. My husband and I are both disabled. Our health issues area lot to deal with. They showed a lot of compassion. We real appreciate that. We were very impressed with the job that they did. Caleb worked really hard to get a screw out of the vent. He also let us know we had water in one vent. We were happy to know this. Most wouldn’t do that. They talked to my dogs to make comfortable. I am happy about that. I liked their efficiency. They made me laugh which made feel good. I can’t say enough good things about Mellissa and Caleb.
