"This is a great company and I am glad they are around. Extremely professional, detail oriented, hard working and honest. I needed to replace my ancient HVAC system and I was fortunate to have had this company help me with that. I ended up with a couple of bids for the same brand and model and Comfort Zone gave me an honest price which was thousands less than a competitor (Again, same brand and model number). Equally important is that they know what they are doing and they do the job right unlike many of the less knowledgeable competitors. Honest, knowledgable, hard working, great to deal with! They have earned my business for sure."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I originally called for a remodel job. They came out and made a competitive estimate and I scheduled. They also discovered a gas leak I had which required emergency service. The emergency service was great. They came out on a Saturday and had my gas up and running real quickly. The remodel job was a bit more challenging. Two different plumbers came and made the same recommendation which I was not happy with. If I need a plumber for fine remodel work, I will look elsewhere."
