"We replaced wood windows with an almond color vinyl window and I cannot believe how much the windows improved the appearance of our home. The house looks newer and brighter. Several windows on our home had broken seals and after getting two estimates for window replacements from other companies, I was very confused and frustrated. Federal Windows was the 3rd company I called for an estimate and Garry was straight forward and honest with me and answered all my questions. The night before work was scheduled to begin, I realized I had not asked what I should do to get ready for the guys to start work the next morning. I e-mailed Garry and he told me not to worry about a thing and that the guys would take care of it. And he was true to his word. They showed up right on time, were very careful to place tarps on the floors. They were courteous, very quiet, and didn't leave a trace of dirt or mess.
