"Our home was built in 1992 and had the original front and service door and patio door. We had steel and definitely didn't want another steel. They have an Amish door line that we really liked. It's fiberglass but the look is like real wood. It's very nice, operates perfect. The lock is very unique. I like the look. We choose a fiberglass door painted for the service door. Mark recommended a door that swings out (so it can't be kicked in) which was a design change. We thought that was a good idea so we took his recommendation. The patio door we had was a 15 year old Pella that didn't work even when it was new. Our new sliding door has blinds between the glass. It's super smooth and locks in three places. Our home has the original wood windows. All 18 windows are double hungs, some were very large. We considered vinyl, but our wood is stained inside and the fake wood and the vinyl didn't look right. Our original windows were Andersen and we thought we would do those again, but we ended up doing Legacy's Amish wood line. It ended up being less than Andersen, with a better warranty and the wood is oak on the inside. My husband loved that. Furniture grade Amish finish. Just fantastic look. We couldn't do all the windows at once and Mark gave us a written guarantee to do the rest at the same price we bought the first 12! Great company to work with. James and his helper put everything in and did a great job. With the wood windows that was some trim work and it took a few days. They worked everyday until it was done. They put tarps down inside and outside and cleaned everything up very nicely. They even vacuumed around the doors inside! Legacy is honest and do what they say they are going to do. I will use them again and recommend them anyone who needs new windows or doors."

"Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"Mandi (owner of the service) came in as scheduled, unloaded all of her supplies and equipment and went right to work. I was concerned because she did not need use of the water hose.
She hand cleaned the entire interior of the vehicle including spot cleaning the carpet and cleaning the leather seats.  The detail work was beautiful including all of the door jambs and area you may not think of. Full carpet cleaning was available for an extra charge but was not needed.
She then went to the exterior using waterless methods. It worked really well. She cleaned everything including the wheel wells. She then waxed the car and the end result???  looks like a new car.
I will use her services again, price is right and the quality of work is top notch.

"We are delighted with our new shower.  Bryan and Jessica were great at explaining our options and they really listened when I explained  my preference for clean, simple design -- I could tell that they understood what I wanted right away, almost before I could really articulate it..  They came up with a proposal that matched our tastes and our budget.  Bryan and his helper began work promptly on the agreed date, and finished ahead of schedule.  My wife and I  both noticed that they were meticulous about cleaning up each day -- not only around the bathroom, where they were doing vthe work, but in the garage and driveway, where they were storing materials, cutting tile, etc.
Six thousand dollars is a significant sum of money, but our bathroom now looks larger, more open, and much more inviting.  The old vinyl floor looked really cheap; the tile looks really classy.  Same goes for the old tub and tub surround.  It feels very luxurious to take a shower now.  We strongly recommend Bryan and Jessica.  I don't think I could have spent six thousand dollars in a better way!

Bob is a great problem solver, as evidenced by the when the granite company made a mistake in cutting, and Bob was able to come up with a good solution that kept us from a delay in waiting for a new piece of granite. 
Bob?s pricing was fair and we were happy with  the way he included allowances, which allowed us to decide which items (tile, mirrors, faucets, etc.) we wanted to spend extra money on.
