"We could not be happier with Brandon's work, punctuality, cleanliness, personality, communication, honesty, pricing, and overall character. We actually had contracted to do some extra work for a few thousand. Day 1 of the job, Brandon calls to let us know that we do not need to do the work as he took the time and effort to get other opinions on the installation of a beam. Again, character. He could have easily installed, but he took the time to do right by his customer and that, in our experience, is essentially unheard of. The work he completed for us-on schedule-was more than we could have hoped for. He really does great work, listens to the customer (we are guilty of making many changes and talking far too much), but Brandon is beyond patient and willing to work with you. If you are looking to remodel a kitchen, bath, or in general, look no further than Superior. You are hiring someone who truly cares about his work and the customer. Rare in any business these days. "After having our water heater and gas boiler inspected, we learned that the water heater needed to be replaced and the gas boiler required thousands of dollars in repairs.  I originally contacted Peter Zereski about the water heater and also mentioned the issue with the boiler.  Peter carefully answered all of my questions and then asked if I was interested in a tankless unit that would supply all of the hot water to the house as well as the heat.  I ended up going with the tankless system which, after rebates, costs about the same as buying a new water heater and repairing the boiler.  Not only that but we now have a high efficiency system.  Peter was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and very responsive.  The installation was a major task and he and his team managed to complete it within 3 days.  I am very pleased with how the installation turned out and will definitely use his services in the future

"I thought my disposal had died and would need replacement.  One of Cuddy's plumbers showed up promptly, despite snowy streets, and got it going with a couple of simple moves; he would only accept payment for his time and the trip.  He also showed me what to do if the situation recurs.  Considering that he could have sold me a new disposal and made a lot more money, I appreciated his ethical choice in doing the repair and then showing me how to deal with it in future.

"I hired MA Design and Construction Co to do my bathroom remodel at the recommendation of a friend who also used them for a bathroom/kitchen remodel, and I would definitely hire them again. Not only did they finish right on schedule, but they understood my desire to stay within budget, and never tried to pressure me to overspend or increase costs. They did not start construction until all of the materials were in hand, or in stock, which made the renovation go even smoother. I also had some plumbing issues arise (old valves that needed replacing) which they were able to replace without adding time to the schedule. Marc, Raquel, and team were great and very responsive. Raquel’s design suggestions were really helpful to me, as I wasn’t 100% sure what would look good in a small bathroom. I would definitely recommend their work!"

This was about as seamless a kitchen renovation that one could ever hope for.  Dave listened carefully to the goals we wanted to achieve in our kitchen, and was patient with the design adjustments we wanted to incorporate as we considered each version of the design plans.  One cabinet in particular that was added toward the end of the design process was brilliantly conceived on his part--a cabinet to store large items that looked like a lovely piece of dining room furniture, with exterior shelving and drawers. It is a centerpiece in the kitchen.  Dave was careful to preserve important walk ways in our kitchen so as to not create bottlenecks--an important element in this centrally located kitchen.  His advice on style and color of cabinetry was also highly valued in our desire to achieve a cleaner and brighter look, yet one that was still consistent with our 1931 Colonial.

The Brookhaven cabinets are beautiful and well-made.  While they are pricey, Dave was able to steer us to take advantage of a manufacturer's discount.  The selection of hardware that was available without incurring additional cost was completely adequate, and we took advantage of this option.

Installation of the cabinetry was smooth and timely.  We decided to make a last minute change to the placement of our microwave, which necessitated the order of a new drawer.  This took longer than we had hoped, but understood that this was not a Kitchen Center issue, but rather one of the manufacturer, as each items is custom made.  When the drawer arrived, it was without a front--this added more time. 

Once the cabinetry was installed, irregularities were minimal.  Dave and a service that works with him tended to adjusting hinges, covering screw heads, and painting areas that needed to be smoothed. 

Overall, working with the Kitchen Center exceeded our expectations.  Communication and responsiveness were excellent.  They partnered well with our contractor so that there were no glitches or last minute surprises--almost unheard of for a kitchen renovation.  The quality of the design and workmanship has made for a space that we are loving, and our only regret was that we did no redo our kitchen sooner!

"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."
