I?ve made multiple calls, they?ve sent technicians out multiple times, and the issue is never actually fixed. I?ve even had to call NJ Natural Gas more than once because AJ Perri couldn?t resolve their own installation issues. Their so-called ?Exceptional Service Guarantee? is complete bullshit. Right now, I once again have no hot water?which their own website clearly states is considered an emergency with service promised within hours. Instead, I?m being told they have no technicians available and I have to wait until tomorrow. Meanwhile, I?m left worrying about frozen pipes and further damage because of their incompetence.
