Contractor missed first appointment because he was sick. He did not call me and I had to call his office to find out that he could not meet with me. Arrived on time for second appointment. Contractor is very knowledgeable about painting. He explained in detail all that he would do. He is experienced in restoring older homes like mine.

However, we decided to go with vinyl siding because it would provide an extra layer of insulation.
