"Excellent company, schedule staff, and technicians! Highly recommend! Working with A. M. Botte via text, we arranged a good time of day for the tech to arrive. As it turned out, they were able to arrive early and they called to see if that would work for me. It did, and Melvin 'Mel' arrived about 30 minutes ahead of the original window. ?? Mel introduced himself and donned his cloth booties so he didn't track any dirt into my home. He then inquired about, examined, and diagnosed the issue, went over the options and we agreed on the cost. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and really informative! During the inspection, he showed me several helpful homeowner tips as we passed various parts of my plumbing system. He prepped the work areas to protect my wood floors and went back to the truck for the required tools (taking off and replacing the cloth booties). ? He went to work on the clog and in just a few attempts with the power snake located and cleared the clog. We took photos of the culprit (a large, long hair ball - ?). I am pretty much bald, so I felt vindicated that it wasn't *my* hair! ? After checking at the cleanout that all the impacted drains were clear, Mel reseated the toilet, set his equipment on the tarp in the hallway, and wiped down the walls (even though the marks were from *my* attempts to fix the clog earlier in the week). ? Once his tools were loaded on the truck, Mel took a 'completion' photo of the powder room where the snake work was done and the outside cleanout where we checked the drains. I wrote a check, signed the electronic 'paperwork', and Mel wished me a great weekend - - which it will be now that I don't have to spend it trying to clear a drain clog that obviously required a pro! I called A. M. Botte to commend their company and Melvin in particular. I will definitely call them again when I need a plumbing professional in the future!"

"My new refrigerator was delivered the day before Thanksgiving, but the delivery guys couldn't hook up the water line because I had a copper supply pipe. I had turned off the water supply to the house because there wasn't a valve on the pipe. So I was stuck with no water in the middle of the afternoon before a major holiday! I contacted Home Advisor and they helped me find All- Out Plumbing. Jason answered his phone when I called, and promised to come over as soon as he finished his current job. What a relief! The refrigerator was hooked up in no time. I mentioned that I had a really old sump pump that probably needed replacement - I hadn't checked it because my crawl space was too creepy. Next thing I knew, Jason was in my crawl space. A little while later I had a new sump pump as well. These guys are great - prompt, friendly, and fair. I will definitely call them again!"

"Luis and Devin were at my home yesterday. My house is a complete mess because we are in the middle of a kitchen remodel. As part of it we needed some gas piping re-routed and were having the water heater which is located in a utility closet in our kitchen replaced. Upon arrival I explained to Luis the technician that we are ripping out the floors and the place is a mess so don't worry about spilling dripping etc. He still took great care to protect our floors, swept up and cleaned up after himself, took time to explain what he did and why he did it. I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism. I felt as if he treated my home with the same care he would treat his own home. I would definitely recommend!"

"We would HIGHLY recommend Kyree Coleman for all of your plumbing needs. We had a plumbing emergency where our toilet backed up and flooded our downstairs bathroom and hallway. In a panic, we contacted emergency Plumbers listed online. Len plumbing responded to Our home where they assessed our sewer line and confirmed that there was a blockage of rocks in the clean out pipe. They also advised that they did not have the proper equipment to remove the rocks and called in a â digging specialistâ . About an hour later their co worker â Dougâ arrived and also confirmed there was a blockage of rocks in the sewer drain that he could visibly see. Doug advised that there was no other alternative to remediate this issue other then having a crew dig up my front yard around the area and cut the sewer line to get to the rocks. The estimate he gave us was $7,300 for this service and further advised that the digging crew doesnâ t dig on the weekends so we would need to wait until Monday (this was Friday afternoon). We advised him that we needed to think about this as this is the first time we have ever had a plumbing issue and that was a significant amount of money that we would need to pay. Doug became pushy and wanted us to sign a contract immediately. My husband and I refused to sign a contract and stated that we needed time to make additional phone calls. Doug then left our home. He later called back arrogantly and advised he was still waiting for our call back. We were lucky enough to get a referral for Kyree and we were in contact Immediately. He was busy with other jobs but still found the time to fit us into his busy schedule. He was polite, professional and optimistic that he could help us. He arrived at our home later that evening and assessed the blockage. He advised that he was confident that he could manually remove the blockage and use his tools to remediate the situation without costing us thousands of dollars and stress of digging up our property. Within 1 hour and 17 min (lol) Kyree was able to dislodge 7 river rocks in our clean out pipe that was causing the blockage in our sewer access. He utilized the tools he had with him and our plumbing was fixed!!! We couldnâ t believe he was able to solve this problem so quickly and easy. The other company was a scam and didnâ t even try to manually fix the problem! They automatically went to the most intrusive and expensive way! Kyree saved us thousands of dollars because he simply did what any descent human being/business should do and that is to try the least intrusive approach first before such a drastic measure. "Their corporate slogan is "Plumbers to the rescue". That held true for me. Initially I called a larger company (their colors are orange and blue). They told me that the entire water pipe needs to be replaced. I did not even inquire about the cost of that. Plumb Medics provided me a second opinion. Their employee Sean did the initial inspection and assured me that this was not needed. This put me greatly at ease. The next day the owner called me and recommended Patriot Leak Detection for pinpointing the location of the leak in order to minimize the extent of the excavation which I did. After Patriot's performed the markout, Plumb Medic returned with a crew of 4. It was hard digging. The pipe was located over 5 feet below the surface. The first two feet were as hard as concrete. However, nobody complained. These guys were totally focused on completing their mission and they did it. I need to add that Patriot accurately identified the leak location. Overall, my impression is that Plumb Medics fixed this severe problem in the most efficient and economical way possible. I am super glad that I chose them."
