"When my hot water heater died on Tuesday afternoon, Joe was a lifesaver being the first contractor to contact me at 10:00 in the evening when most of the contractors didn't even bother calling. Joe explained all the options I had for replacement of the water heater in a very professional manner. The workers were going to be here between 11:00 and 1:00 and they were here promptly at 12:00. Did an excellent job of replacing hot water heater that was in a difficult corner of the basement, even having to move the washer and dryer out of the way. The technicians did a wonderful job and even corrected some piping that was done wrong the last time at no additional charge. I do appreciate the promptness of Roto Rooter, ease of scheduling, and fixing the issue right away, but I will invest in my own 100’ snake before spending $500 for 20 mins of labor (not including their travel). Thanks Roto Rooter for jumping on this and fixing the issue in less than 24 hours after contacting you."
